Talking Winter Rims and Tires Installed - Bring on the snow!

Well, the STaSIS wheels are off and the factory wheels are installed with Bridgestone Blizzak rubber all around.

Now, it's time to bring on the snow and see what driving in the winter with Quattro and winter tires is all about.

I think those factory wheels look awesome. I wouldn't change them for anything. Maybe get some spacers as they're a bit tucked. Otherwise perfect.

what's the offset on those?

Not a clue. When I bought the car, it came with the STaSIS 20" wheels and that is what I will switch back to as soon as spring is here. I prefer those wheels myself.

The 19" rims are the factory ones that the dealership put winter rubber on for me. First time I actually saw them in the 4 months I have owned the car.

Hi,
Winter and Quattro, what a combination. Last winter we took a 1 month February vacation up at the cottage (which is usually closed up for winter) instead of going south.
Northern Quebec = a lot of snow -will be doing the same this winter.
Do you get much snow in Regina?
Have fun.

We get a ton of it most years. It's usually piled high on the centre median so that you can't even tell that there are vehicles going the other way on the roadway. The snow on the edge of your driveway that piles as you shovel is normally about as high as you are tall.

No....I am not exaggerating. Really. LOL!

Haha, he's not exaggerating! I built a 6' tall igloo for my daughter in my front yard last year...

Very sweet ride and cool photo.

I'm picking up a 3 month old set of S4 Factory wheels with Pirelli P-Zero Rosso 255/35/19 tires for $ 1500 this week-end to have as a summer set for my wife's car.
After seeing your photo, I have come down a little bit however, the price is right.

Seems like I will be unhappy with the wear on these tires from what I have been reading although the overall look of the whole package should put a smile back on my face.

Do you get much snow in Regina? Lol..........now that is just funny! Grew up in Yorkton and remember the banks of snow in the neighbourhood that would last till the May long week end.

Very nice!

I also really like your condo tire storage unit

Just got mine on time for it to snow while the new wheels and winter treads were being installed.
