Windshield Nozzle Clogged?

Windshield Nozzle Clogged?
Hi all,
We had our first real cold snow day, and alas my windshield washer nozzle is not spraying anything! The back one is fine though.
I topped up my fluids to ensure that I wasn't running empty (and I know the car will complain fluid low anyway.)
Any suggestions?

Re: Windshield Nozzle Clogged?
The nozzle is heated so it shouldn't be frozen. Try looking at the closely to see if anything is blocking it. If not have someone spray the water, pop your head in the engine bay and see if you can "hear" the fluid flow? If not, take it in.

Re: Windshield Nozzle Clogged?
Thanks for the feedback. It started working again after it sat in my garage for a few hours. So I have been digging around a bit about the heated nozzle. Does it heat up automagically, or is there a switch somewhere which allows me to turn it on and off?

Re: Windshield Nozzle Clogged?
If it's the same as the A4, the manual states that the nozzles are heated in cold temperatures whenever the ignition is on. That said, I ran into the same issue the other day when it was -18C or so and my nozzles weren't spraying at all. Seems to be ok now that its warmer, and I need to refill the fluid anyways so im going to make sure I've got winter stuff in there just in case.
