If your talking about the water spots and dirt build up on the side panel painted surfaces and bumper, I just open the trunk, wash them with the wash mitt and car soap, close the trunk, and then spray water into the crevices to get the soap out, no big deal.

Same problem with my Q5 , I took it to Audi and they said it's they way the vehicle was designed and there is nothing they can do.
