Default Q5 Audi care

Please forward or provide any information on validity of purchasing Audi care the dealer provides. In addition to the scheduled maintenance are there any advantages? Ordered my Q5 Christmas eve and will be receiving at end of April!

It is worth getting it if you are intending on keeping it for more than 4 years.

If you are buying (not leasing) the Q5, it's worth it. It covers all of your regular maintenance in the first four years. Add up those costs over and it will more than pay for itself. It's also fully transferable if you decide to sell the car.

Well, if your lease for 4yrs it's still worth it. Anything less, no.

Mine is on a 3-year lease at 25000km per year usage and I did purchase the plan. Will work out if you put on the kind of km like I do for business use, which the $750 can be put towards auto expenses for tax write-off.
Also if you plan to own it boyond 70k km or 5 years.

You're allowed only 4 scheduled maintenance visits with Audicare, PLUS the ONE FREE at 8000km. It doesn't cover wear & tear items like brakes/rotors, light bulbs and such.

See details from Audi Canada website, which mantions:

For less then $800CAD, it's totally worth it. I paid over $4000CAD for my 5 year plan for a Jeep...same thing, didn't cover wear and tear items such as tires, brakes, windshield wipers blah blah blah. When I ordered my Q5, I was half expecting to be paying out double the Jeep price for a scheduled plan. I have heard some dealerships even throw the plan in FREE. Why wouldn't you buy it should be the question? How much is 1 oil change, tire rotation, filter cleaning?

My dealer throws it in, but I'm sure it's built into the price somewhere. If you aren't able to get the sweet deal that CanadianQ5Prem got on his, you should at least be able to try and leverage free Audi Care from the dealer.

Picking up the Q5 this Friday. Has anyone been able to secure it for less than $750 if that is the MSRP price? It is the finance manager that's pushing it, not the salesman I was dealing with, so there must be some flexibility in the pricing.
