Anyone know of a good place with fair to good prices for rubber only?

If the CDN dollar was still strong, I'd tell you to price them out on Tirerack.com. Have you checked out 1010Tires? As for a brick and mortar shop, I haven't found one in calgary that isn't ready to rip people off.

did you try canadawheels.ca ?
I didn't buy my tires from them but my S4 replica wheels and they had the lowest price i've seen so far.
They were pretty cheap and they gives free shipping to canada for a limited time.

I deal with PMCTire.ca. I don't know how much shipping would cost, since they are out of Montreal, but they have the best prices, bare none, on tires and rims.
