On-going Maintenance Costs [2011 Q5]
Hey All,
I'm new here to the forum. I've been eyeing the Q5 for a long time and although close to the purchase, I've researched until I turned blue in the face from anything I can think of but I want some feedback from Canadian drivers on this.
Not knowing if I should go to the 2.0L or the 3.2L (leaning towards the 2.0L), I wanted to get some rough figures for on going maintenance costs such as brakes, battery replacement and other wearable items that are not covered through comprehensive warranty.
For the 2011 models, prices range between $28k to $32k with 55,000kms to 100,000kms and so for me, if I'm lucky enough to buy with factory warranty still in place, I'm ahead of the game for coverage if I buy a CPO from a dealer plus an additional 4 year/100,000km comprehensive warranty for an additional $5,000.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, everyone.
