Default Filling Coolant Reservoir Once every 4 weeks

Does anybody know of any issue with a 2012 Q5 2.0 having coolant leaking either from the reservoir gaskets or getting sucked up into the engine through a blown head gasket? I looked under the car during the last oil change and checked the hoses and not seeing any coolant on the garage floor or on the top side of the splash shield. I'm filling up the coolant to the max line every 30 days or so. When I fill it its either at the halfway point between min and max cold, or closer to the max as of recently.

I'm using premix, European blend coolant, kinda purple-ish/pink and I'm pretty sure its the correct coolant as says on the front for Audi's.

The car has approx 245,000km and I'm the 2nd owner.
