Hi again,

Well ... lets go step by step:

I've got my key to open the car, make all the adjustments necesary (mirors, steering wheel, seat) and then memorized all in position 2 on the door. Whent in MMI and selected the seat memory option to "On" and everithing is ok with my key.

Step 2... memorized all the above stuff for my wife to position 1 on the door. Whent in MMI and... well i could not select the seat memory to "on" for my wife's key. It doesn't change from "off". It has to be mentioned that if she has to open the car after i've close it with my key... the setup's wount go for her's unless she presses the door buton.

Step 3. Whent today at Audi dealer... they are not able to solve it eighther, at least not today. they have me to book another apointement for next week. They said that for the next appointment i should bring both keys for them to try.

Any sudgestions here?

I suppose even with your last attempt you've had no luck?

You're doing everything right. I can't think of anything. Seeing how Audi hasn't yet been able to fix it perhaps something minor might be wrong. I am sure it's nothing major and the second time you go in they will get it for you. Sorry I couldn't help.

Keep us posted.
