Default Recommend me some Brake Pads

Greetings,

I put this thread under Tuning because it's my first actual "upgrade" I'm doing on my Audi.

Since I need new brake pads and calipers for the front and the rear (doing this to get rid of the dust that is emitted from the OEM brake pads), I was wondering if anyone can recommend me a set of performance brake pads.

I was looking into the Brembo brakes at APR tuning, but I'm trying to get some locally from NAPA and LORDCO because of the discounts I receive there.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
Nick

Check out my brake pad review on the A6 C5 forum. Don't go with Lordco, even if you have an account they'll rip you off. And if you do decide to go with them, let me know. You can use my account number to get a discount.

Checked out your review. It seems that you would recommend EBC the most, I'll look into it. Since it's for everyday sporty use and minimal track use, I'd definately either go with the Red or Yellow. I would actually first go to NAPA since the discount I get there is better, so I'll try and stay away from Lordco.

Thanks,
Nick
