Default Pfaff Tuning

Went up to Newmarket to talk to the boys at Pfaff Tuning. Spoke with Jonathan Templeton and Gerry Bachmann about A4 products. Both guys really know their stuff. They've done everything from a Jetta to Porsche 997's. As far as tuning goes they stand behind their product; GIAC tuning. They've used the GIAC programming on all their vehicles and have had no problems. If anyone in the GTA and surrounding areas wants to deal with a shop that knows what's going on give Pfaff Tuning a call.

Gerry also let me know that ABT has or is coming out with a turbo kit for the A4 2.0T with the whole 9 yards. It will cost somewhere in the $10,000 range but you'll be driving a reliable 450whp A4. Makes spending the extra $15,000 for the S4 seem rediculous.

An extra 15k for an S4 ?

The MSRP for a B7 S4 is 68k CAD, whereas the MSRP for B7 A42.0TQ is 42k. This doesn't invalidate your point, it makes it even more compelling !! I would definitely shell out the extra cash if I had an A4...

I think it's time I called those guys up for a quote on chipping and modding the A3!
