Introduction, Blinking CEI, now solid CEI
Hi, I'm new to the forum but a long time Audi fan. I learned to drive standard on a 93' Coupe but traded it in for an 01 A6 Avant when back seat space was required. Against my better judgement (nearest Audi dealer is 4.5 hours away) I brought the car up to Northern BC where I currently reside. Recently had an after market stick on oil pan heater installed which seems to work fine. This morning I started up and received the blinking CEI. The engine sounded really rough (possibly not firing on all cylinders) so I turned the engine off. It was -25C this morning. Now the temp is -13C and I started it and got a solid CEI. Can it be driven without damage? I am not mechanically savvy and consideration to my question would be most appreciated.

Hi there, I am posting my follow up. Had Audi towed to garage which deals with imports. Apparently needs new ignition coil pack (~$400 part). Hope to have return of Audi within a few days. Thanks for looking.
