well first thin I would recommend is not going for 20" rims! They are way too big I know people that have got 20's and regreted it ever since, its a luxury sports car not a Hummer or a escalade, but good luck with your decission. read more about it and see what kind of problems people have had.

Funny thing! I was thinking that it is too nice a car to make it into something like that; but it is a personal choice.

And YES! The wheels are too big for the openings: they will rubb and hit the "under-fender"

I would suggest doing a "Neuspeed" job on it and lower it with springs and Konnies (yellow): I have that set-up with factory rims...

the TT is a fiarly small car and if you put on sport springs and stick to 18's you will have no issues infact it will look great with the car and you arent compramising on tire size either, as well your handeling is more responsive and better. the bigger the rims the bigger the tire the more expensive and the more weight you add on which in all aspects is a loss except for looks if you like that kind of thing. I am really not into it and do not want to compramise the driveability and performance of the car just for looks.

I would stick with 18"s for daily driving and 19"s for show...

yeah man... 19"s are too much for daily driving... you might bend them or something... post some pics when you get the rims installed...
