2010 TT - Just Purchased Looking for Comments
I just purchased with delivery in April a 2010 TT Ibis White.
The extras I got were:
S Line package
Upgraded Bose stereo
Navigation
Bi Xenon Headlights
Blue Tooth Phone Preparation
Looking for comments with respect to the car or extra options.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on ordering a new TT!
Unless you are planning to buy coilovers, about the only option I would have spec'd differently is Magnetic Ride. I love the difference it makes in cornering and handling and that I can turn it off in the winter. I'm not sure I would buy NAV again, though. It looks good and finishes the interior nicely, but overall it's not a great NAV unit at that price.
Not to totally take from your new car, but had you considered the TTS at all? Based on how you spec'd your car it wouldn't be much more. In fact, if you bailed on the NAV, it would be $1100 more than your current TT spec and would include Mag Ride (and more power!)
Either way, you've built a beautiful car and I'm sure you'll be more than happy.

Thought about the magnetic ride. I did not go with it as I did not think I would get that much use out of it and the car I tested without it felt great. Mind you I am coming from a G35 4 door sedan.
I went with the Nav as I frequently drive to new places and did not want portable hanging off the dashboard.
Did not go with TTS as the TT had enough power for me and was fun to drive without the added insurance rates.
How about the upgraded Bose system? Any reviews?

Congrats on your TT purchase, and welcome to the forum! Must say I'm very partial to the white color choice, it's my favorite color for the TT. April is a long way away, you have more patience then me!

Personally I think the Bose Premium Sound System sounds great. A lot of owners complain that it isn't loud enough and doesn't put out enough bass. I feel that it's more about sound quality than being super loud and bass-y. In the summer I usually have the windows down to hear the engine and exhaust note anyhow.

Well after your comments and further research, called my salesamn today and Ordered the TTS as luckily the Order for the TT had not been placed in the cue for production. The price difference was not great and I figured I would not regret making the upgrade.
Purchase as it stands now
TTS in Ibis White
Alcantara seats
navigation
upgraded bose
upgraded 5 spoke rims
Thanks for mentioning the possibility of the upgrade. I think
Waiting is hard but I want to break it in with some nice weather.

You are just going to love that car. I have an 08 3.2 roadster s-line and while itis heavier and not as powerful as yours will be, it's fast enough for me. I drive it almost ever day and with this years addition of new wheels and snows I swear it will plough snow for me. Congrats

I was shopping around and I must say that the ability to drive the car in the winter made the Audi very attractive. That factor along with the looks and performance of the car made it an easy choice. I also love the fact that you just do not see many of these around.
