Problem with inside convertible top area
There is a divider between where the top comes to rest while down. The piece is loose and wondering how to fasten this part to the car. It goes up when I put the window between the roll bars up and gets jostled about. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Problem with convertible top
Hi Jeff, hope your problem got fixed. Were you having trouble opening & closing the top electronically?
I may, I'd like to add to your thread with a similar convertible top problem. Hope someone can help with some advise. Many thanks in advance.
A few days ago, my roof went down fine but then refused to close at the end of a long drive. I finally closed it manually & checked the fuse, which was ok. Then I re-tried the roof electronically. Again it went down fine but refused to come up & close. Other than a continuous flashing roof sign on the dashboard, no other error message showed.
Took the car to the dealer this week - they tell me the scanner identified a break in a connection - something to the extent of an "electrical fault". I am booked for a 2 hour diagnosis with them next week.
I was on a road trip, as usual taking way too much luggage than I should have. I wonder if any of the luggage pieces touching the roof storage area may have caused the problem? Has anyone else had this problem?
Thanks & cheers.
