iPhone/iPod/USB adaptors
Hi Everyone!
I'm new here, and I just purchased a pre-owned 2004 3.2 TT S-Line. So far, I'm absolutely loving it! For some reason, I expected it to read MP3 discs, which would have been fine, but it doesn't. So, I'm curious about the iPod/iPhone adapters; there are many kits, but most of them seem less than convenient, with limited playlists and such. Does anyone know if any of them simply support passing through the audio? For example, instead of using satellite radio, I figure I could just stream from something like Songza (or Pandora, if it is ever available here again). I don't really care whether you can control it via the head unit. Has anyone tried this?
Thanks,

Re: iPhone/iPod/USB adaptors
Check out Denison. If you have the CD changer option they have an adaptor plug that plugs into the back of the head unit (cable behind the unit unplugs and this plugs in). dension.com/product/ipod-car-adapter/ipod-iphone-auxin/icelink-lite
