Again, tech discussions should be done onsite, here on the forum. I have no idea what you guys discussed and I wasn't able to make it. Members shouldn't be SOL because they weren't there.

Yes, well sort of. My idea was for everyone to submit their questions prior to the meet that they want answered. Then taking the top 10-15 of the same/similar questions and answering those live at the meet while having the other questions answered 1-by-1 via the forum or email. And for a twist, take the strangest questions and answer that live as well.
For the 1st meet, I think it went well, I agree to the noise and the lack of organisation, but I am sure the next time around it will be smoother and more on time.
My suggestion for #2 would be to perhaps have more techs there and another sales rep to help out the event.
