Default Single knock/klunk sound when braking, coming to a stop.
Any ideas on what this could be would be greatly appreciated.

(Recently replaced pads and brake rotor.)

Sounds like your ABS sensor may be broken imo. Mine is doing the exact same except instead of once, it's about 5 - 8 klunks.
