I don't mean to belittle Calgary's dealer, but 3-4 weeks ago they had a "charcoal" R8 at Southgate AUDI in Edmonton... I saw my first one some 18 months ago at OWASCO in Oshawa Ontario... was driven in (by the owner) from Calgary!
... and NO! the owner was not me, damn it!

are the R8's still hard to come by in different parts of the country?
When i bought my A4 from Queensway Audi 2 weeks ago, they have one bought sitting outside, and one in the showroom that the buyer walked away from just that afternoon (due to him laying off people in his company, and would feel bad showing up to work in a new sports car). the Business manager even let me sit in the car and start it up in the showroom.
