Default Engine coolant is often below min level in between services...

Hi people,

I just checked my engine coolant level for my 2008 Audi A3 2.0, and it is below the recommended min level. The weird thing is that I still have 7000km till my next audi service. Is this common? (and why are audi service intervals so far apart when compared with other manufacturers ?) Or should I suspect a leak?

Andrew

You have either a coolant leak, or your headgasket is blown. It's under warranty - get the dealer to figure it out and fix it.
