Audi A5 value

Audi A5 value
Anyone know the value of an Audi A5 S-line, fully loaded Prestige? with approx 10000-20000 mileage?
I checked online on Autotrader.com and it seems to run about $47500. But I checked on the Canadian blackbook and the value seems more like a high of$40000.
Anyone know how much I should expect to be able to bargain the car down to? I figure if I bargain with a dealer instead of a privat seller, I should probably be able to get them to throw in some wheels too...unless the used car dealer is a non-Audi dealer.
I don't know how to go about buying a car in the US. Seems like the prices are so jacked up for this car, Audi dealers are cocky in demanding 4.15% over MSRP price, and supply is limited.
Not sure what strategy I should used to bargain with someone who's located in Texas or California, to get the car shipped to Canada. After I am able to trust the seller more, should I fly down there to look at the car in person, then arrange to have the car shipped to Buffalo?
Seems complicated but I have no choice since the supply of A5's is so limited in Canada, and for what you pay in Canada, you get none of the extras like navigation etc that you could get altogether for even cheaper in the US.
Thanks
