Default Advice on Child Seats Tether System

I need some help.

Does anyone have any experience with a good front facing child seat (25lbs+) that goes in the front seat (I have a TT roadster)?

I want to take my daughter out with the top down....

I know to deactivate the front airbag. But does the car have to have universal anchors in the front seat?

Has anyone put an anchor for a Tether in a MK1 TT? If so, please advise where/how...

All help appreciated.

There are no tethers in the front. But you can use the seatbelt to strap in her seat. Just push the seat all the way back and turn off the air bag. Take it easy (I'm sure you will with your little girl in the car) and have fun!! I have a 4 year old and I've taken her for rides in a Boxster. She loved it. She kept looking up at the sky yelling "Whhheee" as loud as she could.
