Default Which Chrome Tip Would You Pick?

I've finally narrowed the choices down to two chrome tips. I had the Round Straight one on my Focus and I loved it but I'm not sure how the other option would look. What do you guys think?

Option #1 Style: Rolled Round Angle cut double wall

Option #2 Style: Round Straight Double Wall

I like the first one.

How do they attach to the factory tip?

Does one need to cut it and weld it? or can it just slip over the

exisiting tip?

I ended up going with option number 2. What you do is cut off the old tips and weld these onto the existing pipe.

I picked the first, as it looks a little meaner, but it really depends. Are you going to swap 2 out for 1 on the Focus or is this for another car of yours?

I like number two personally. Number one looks too much like a socket for a wrench set, for me to take it seriously. Two looks way more classy though.

Totally agree with your choice there mate, it looks fantastic. I really don't think the other tip would have had a patch on it.

Nice looking motor too!

I think you made the right choice there Malby. Looks really great, did you do it yourself then?

No I got an exhaust shop to cut me a piece of pipe and flare both ends. They then proceeded to weld one flare over the existing exhaust pipe leaving the muffler and the second flare over the inside of the Stainless Tip. Only cost me like $40 or so.
