Why the hell would the numbers have to be different from driver's side to passenger's side. I blew a fuse doing this cause I got annoyed and forgot to turn my car off while swaping wires, so I have to wait till it's nice out again to do this. Thanks a lot though, cause that site is REALLY clear and I know exactly what I did wrong by looking at the wiring diagram.

How hard are these to install?
Is there cutting into factory wiring?

There's no cutting onto any wires. The only thing you have to do is drill or make a small 3/4" or 1" hole to route the wires. Here's a good link for the install:
