Thanks for the kind words & warm welcome everyone! One of my buddies here in MTL got an A4 at the end of the summer, and here are a couple of photos from the shoot. If ever anyone wants to do one in the spring/summer next year, don't hesitate!

Eric - I mostly use my 35mm f2.0 lens, on a Nikon D700. The 70-200 2.8 is great for tighter shots and strong compression. Congrats on the 7D, it's a really great camera!

 

Very nice work! I like the locations for the stills - and of course, the rolling shots.
Maybe after the winter? I'm also in Montreal.

 

I really like the BMW pics. The first Audi pic lacks that otherworldly feeling. It's a great brochure pic. While the second one is not meant to be a symmetrical shot, I would prefer the car to be closer to the left. The building in the background is nice and rich in color. Its placement or the curvature on the wall adds pressure to the car like some burden though. Architecture in Montreal is definitely more interesting than Toronto's.
