Angry Audi A4 B8 Wheel Bearing Repair/Replacement Quote

I have a loud droning noise which sounds like tire noises but I think its coming from the front wheel bearings.

What is a shop people recommend to get this done in Toronto or Markham area? Seems to be a huge price difference between OEM vs Aftermarket - any major cons people can think of to justify paying for OEM? I am getting quotes of about $500 per side

Appreciate the help!

Did you ever get this done? I have a very loud droning issue as well, at all speeds on my 2011 S4. It is now considerably worse now that I just put on my winter tires, so wanted to have this checked.
