how hard is it to install one of these. Is it just plug and play, with the exception of the GPS antenna that needs to be fed through?

I did it myself and I have very little experience with that sort of stuff. The hardest part was getting the origional out, the 4 keys they use can be tough in some cases.

what did you guys use for a dash kit? I was looking to put one in my car a while back but all the local stores told me there was no dash kit available so they would either have to cut a different dask kit and "make" it fit or do a custom fiberglass job.
