1999 Audi A6 Double Din Panasonic Strada CN-NVD905U
Hello;
I'm curious on a few things, my friend has a Golf and he just put an aftermarket deck in his car, system power is not tied like normal accessory power. so he has to manually turn the stereo off.
my dad gave me a double din navigation unit he used in his Acura that he no longer wants or uses its a very nice unit so id love to add it into the A6
its aPanasonic Strada CN-NVD905U same model as seen here
im curious how difficult it is to wire up, where i can get a double din kit. the stereo itself is a double din, as ive had it out recently but im having trouble finding anything but single din kits.
should i have this professionally wired, or is this fairly straight forward. where would i pull power from so the unit shuts off with the car, and where would be the best place to run the wires for things such as the backup camera that came with the unit.
