With the amount of attention Whitedevileyes and his bill of sale is getting I would say that yes people do care what deal he got. I too have met and drivein beside him and can attest to his honesty regarding the car. Why shoot the messenger. All he is asking is that someone shed a light as to why he got such a good deal. If you don't know and can't answer then stop justifying yourself by calling him a lier. Whitedevileyes is a true enthusiast and contributor to this forum and the group regularly meets with, so lets lay off a bit and give him the benefit of the doubt.....he got a sweet deal, good for him.

 

Who cares. I got a great deal as well. More power to him. Obviously Afretes can't match what other sales people can offer. It pays to shop around as I did. I walked out three times on my deal and in the end got what I wanted. The dealer I went to had no one else in the showroom this on a Saturday for the time i was there. They are obviously hurting. My point is if you are going to post your bill and black out everything what is the point. I would have left in all the info except for my last name, my telephone number and address. I would have left in the salesman's name so that other members of this site could get a good deal as well.

Yup, I ordered it in December of 2009 and picked it up at the end of February. Awesome car. Have just under 7K kms on it so far.

 

The discount Whitedevileyes got seems realistic to me. When I ordered last December, I managed to get a discount of just under $4,000. No supplier program or anything else - just a purely negotiated discount - base S4, S-tronic, sport differential and nav and no it wasn't a demo.

 

Nice to see you got a similar discount where did you buys yours from? So jealous wish I had the sports differential, but man those stock speakers are pretty darn good for stuck the B&O must be amazing quality then.

 

Got it at downtown audi - negotiated through email and phone - only times I went into a dealership was to test drive, sign and pick up.

The sports differential is pretty good but I have to admit I haven't driven one without the sports differential so maybe its just my imagination...

 

I'd like to think I'm a pro and dont need it mwahahhaha

 

I also got $4,500 off for my 2010 S4. I qualified for the SPP program of 1,000 though. I had to wait for 3 month for the order but it's well worth the wait.

If you want to get the lowest price, do your own research, compare prices, shop around, have the dealers compete for your sale, and eventually you will get the best deal around. I went to at least 3 different dealers. Queensway offered me a good price (around 4,200 off I think), then I email the quoted price to another dealer and told them if they can beat the price the sale is theirs. So I knocked another $300 off.

 

Hey Guys, I've got a 2001 audi s4.... Its the sedan, its black with the alacantara suede interior. Its also 6spd manual. This is my first post so forgive me If im doing this in the wrong place lol but im just trying to find someone to respond to me lol. I want to do some upgrades to my car... I'm thinking about installing a short shifter. I also want to do a Chip and Exhaust... but I was wondering how bad is the chip for my car? Its only got 110,000 Kms (not miles). Its still a baby.

Basically I'm wondering what chip to go for?
What exhaust to go for?
and how bad the chip is for my car?

Right now im looking at an apr chip, and a neuspeed exhaust... thats all RPI tuning in richmond has.
