Default Winter wheel/tire set for sale

I recently traded in my 2011 S4 for a 2012 A6. Back in November 2010, I purchased a set of 225/50 x 17 Sonny brand winter tires on AR1 replica RS4 wheels (17 x 7.5 ET35).

The winter set was recommended and bought from Steelcase Tires and Mag (popular Toronto tire shop) for $1,250 plus taxes (total $1,400). I drove approximately 5,500 km on them during the winter (I don't drive that much, mainly city driving to work and back). It's currently stored at Steelcase Tires.

I would like a quick sale so I'm pricing it at $700 if you're willing to pick it up from the Steelcase Tires. I have attached some pictures for your review.

PM me if you're interested.

Surprised the 17" rim fit on the S4? Curious, bit of a loaded question, but how were the Sonny tires? Haven't seen many reviews of them outside of the usual "stay away they are chinese knock offs" bla bla bla comments.

Wondering how they performed in the snow vs what was mostly dry weather last year?

The Sonny tires was recommended to me by the sales rep at Steelcase Tires since he used them for his car in the winter and was satisfied with them. Steelcase Tires is a reputable tire retailer so I doubt they would carry anything that would be a problem. I found the traction with the Sonny tires to be good in snow IMO (whether deep or light dusting). As with all snow tires, it was noisy in dry pavement but I found it acceptable.

PM me if you have further questions.
