Wanted: Euro plate mounting kit for A4 (B7)

Wanted: Euro plate mounting kit for A4 (B7)
I recently bought myself a Euro license plate, but now I find I've no way to mount it on my 2006 A4 
Apparently I need the following two parts but I can't seem to find them anywhere:
Euro plate adapter: 8E0 807 083 A
Euro plate holder: 8E0 807 285 R 1QP
The web doesn't seem to be able to help me in finding those, and the local dealerships don't seem to carry them either. ECS Tuning won't get them until mid-summer. Does anyone know of a shop, preferably (but not necessarily) in Canada, that would carry those?
