FYI - broup-buy ~ Cupra R lip spoiler
Just wanted to pass this along, I think I'm getting one myself. The G-B is thru http://www.advancedautomotion.com/
Cupra R spoiler @ ECS Tuning (not the same retailer as G-B, it's the best description available as Advanced is a "mostly" transmission shop)
$84 shipped within Continental U.S. (most places charge $90-$100 + shipping)
Here's the kicker though, PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY 6AM MONDAY NOV 29/2010.
Yes, that's tomorrow... And for us Canadians, shipping can be handled (by you) one of 3 ways...
1) Order directly from AdvancedAutomation, and have them ship it to your door. Ths is the most expensive option.
2) Quickly contact any other Canucks in your area, and organize a bulk shipment from AdvancedAutomation. This will likely be the 2nd most expensive route.
3) Purchase it, and have it shipped to a border "holding service". This option is only viable for those living within a relatively "short" drive from a US border crossing, but would definately be the cheapest.
* if organizing a group buy, possibly use option #3 as a way to cut costs.
** if using option #3 individually, you could install it on the US side and not claim it...
Cheers

We are right at 16 people. Payment can be sent via paypal to Scotty@advancedautomotion.com. If anyone else wants to jump in lets keep it open for a week to wait for newcomers and people to pay?
Here's the timeline. Parts will be ordered next week and will take approx a week to be delivered from Europe. then it will take a few days to sort everything and get them off to you.
So If all goes as planned I expect people to start receiving their spoilers the second-third week in Dec, perfect time to fit everything under the tree!
*For canada shipments I checked USPS shipment pricing and it was over $100.00. For the Canadians I would suggest shipping all Canadian orders to a single place within Canada and then dispatch the parts from that location.
The same goes for Hawaiian and Alaskan buyers shipping is VERY expensive for a single piece. It may be possible to fold the spoiler and get it into a smaller package, however I won't know if this is possible until the first pieces come in.
Sorry guys...
