Re: 2008 Audi rs4 - $45500
well , i've seen my share of VGA vehicules , as they are called over here in quebec....sometimes they are completely toasted and there is no mention whatsoever on registration , and sometime , like this particular car , for no apparent reason , they come with rebuilted status , I have all the pictures and the story behind the vehicule, available to a serious buyer ....market for a 57 km rs4 is well over 54-55 k over here , i guess the 10000 $ saving is not enough for u....but thanks a bunch for your enlightments

post the pictures, If you think its minor damage then we can get a better understanding of the damage that was on the car before it was fixed. I have bought cars with rebuilt titles before, saving thousands of dollars, I love them all and condition was like new BUT you will still find small things that can never be fixed 100% I would still buy one in a heart beat if the price was right. Good luck with the sale i'm sure someone will buy it to save some money.

Depends who the owner is. I know of a car that was in an accident, got the salvage title and then rebuilt. The car was like new with less than 1000 kms because it was a rental vehicle when the accident occurred. Their policy was to salvage the vehicle right away, regardless of how bad the accident was (about $4k in damages which is low in today's world). There was no structural damage, etc. However, that was a unique scenario due to the fact that it was owned by a rental company. Most private owners' insurance usually salvage at higher repair costs.

either way, I'd like more pictures please send them to me.
I agree with everyone else though, rebuilt=smashed, and post the pictures if you really have them.
also posting like a jackass isn't helping your case (Original poster) with sarcastic comments about the costs.
I am interested, but cautious
