Default Loud rattling noise after PCV and oil cooler change

So my car was at the Audi dealership since friday of last week. (Audi A6 2014, 130 000km)
I had coolant leaking in my engine oil so I went to Audi to fix the problem.
They changed the PCV valve, the thermostat and the oil cooler for 5000$.
I got my car back 2 days ago, last friday.
I've rode a bit with it probably about 2h max.
After some time riding, the engine started doing loud rattle noises that seem to worsen when accelerating.
Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
Will the dealership arrange this problem for free? I've never had this problem before the repairs, even with coolant in the engine oil, the car still rode well for a week before i realized there was a problem, now after repairs it just sounds like a tractor.
It's clearly linked to the dealer that had to put back the engine in the car after getting it out.
I linked 2 videos, 1 idle and 1 where i accelerate a bit while parked, you can hear the sound really well.
Please help 5k is already a lot to pay for a 2014 A6, I don't want to pay more.
