Default Looking to buy 97 A6 Q. Wagon...Suggestions1

Hi, I am looking into buying a 97 A6 2.6 Quattro, wagon or sedan...I have found one with 135Kmiles (210kMS) looks great inside as well, 1 owner full service records...what is the reliability on this, what should I ecpect..noe the Timing belt has been changed at 88000 miles.
Please all suggestions would be apprciated, I am not sure if I should buy this..again it would be used for driving to work and stuff like that...not the primary Family car...that's what the Navigator is for
I am also thinking into a 98 A6 becuase of the new body style...what ya'll think?

I have both - I prefer my '98 A6 because the motor (30V V6) has a little more grunt than the '97 (12V V6). I think the '97 with such high miles may need to have the timing belt done again soon.
