'03 A6 3.0 Quattro, Intake inquiries.
Hey guys
I am a first-time Audi owner. Got an '03 A6 3.0 Quattro, tiptronic this past summer.
I'm not quite familiar with the setup but I am learning. At this point I am looking to change the intake on it.
Would like to hear some suggestions for what intakes would be good, and would also appreciate a how to install (if it's possible to do it on your own because right now being new to Audis it looks quite complicated).
Thank you in advance.

Advice? Leave the original one in it or spend more money on a new ECM flash to match the intake differences of the unmapped volumetric efficiency.

Agreed, not much point in chipping the NA 3.0. GIAC offers a negligible 6HP and 9ft-lb of Torque.
The 3.0 is typically best left stock and as such the OEM air filer is already the best one for your engine.
