that's a sweet setup. tell me something tho, how do you like the 19" summer tires? Are they at all noisy or rough? I'm planning in upgrading my stock 17" to 19". I work downtown TO and the roads there feel like i'm driving in Mumbai...

 

I drove on those for 3 days only after taking delivery...;] they do have a firm sport feel but thats why I went with an sline.. you do tend to get more feedback on rough roads but the firm suspension keeps things in check, not sure what the stock setup feels like but with no sidewall sqirm of a 19" and a wider patch you will mos def feel an improvement.. I would keep the overall diameter same as stock, just go wider and 2" up... and take it easy through the ruts ;]

 

..and to answer the original question, it all depends on a level of performance you expect... Winter tire compounds are made to perform at lower temps where an all season is a compromise
