Default Lease rate on 2013

I am looking at a new 2013 A4. I have spoken to the dealership and they say the lease rate is set by Audi Canada and it is not flexible. Is this true? The current lease rate is high.

That's what I heard at my local dealership. Was looking at the Allroad, but lease rate was over 5%, so I went with a 2012 Avant and the 1.9 rate.

Yep, and the allroad is priced much higher - just compare the package offerings between the A4 and the allroad (premium vs premium), and compare the car's MSRP with the Q5 (or the previous Avant)... Too bad, because I love the allroad's look but it's too expensive right now for what it offers. Hopefully product management will wake up and fix their pricing!

I was reading a review on the web and it seems that was one crazy idea to overprice the all road especially since it competes directly with the Q5 and the stupid decisions if you ask me to discontinue the avant
One hell of a bad move if you ask me...Especially when the all road does not offer any off road capabilities whatsoever

Lease rates are set by Audi Candada not by the dealer. However I've noticed that this can change from month to month, sometimes they offer promotions to push inventory.

For example:

Program Period: November 1, 2012 to November 30, 2012 (Audi's loyalty program)

A current Audi vehicle owner who chooses to lease an A4 2.0 TFSI quattro in November will receive 1.9% Lease rate for up to 36 months (0.5% Lease rate reduction) and $500 Loyalty Bonus. Should the customer decide to cash purchase the A4, he/she will receive a total of $1,000 Loyalty incentive ($500 Loyalty Cash + $500 Loyalty Bonus). Regardless of type of purchase, as long as customer shows a current and valid ownership of an Audi vehicle, he/she will receive the $500 Loyalty Bonus!

Hyperbeast is correct - they do change month to month as well as the programs! If anyone has any questions about the lease rates, dont be afraid to contact me through PM. I am more than happy to assist anyone with questions. If you are in a current Audi finance/lease, you will get a slightly reduced interest rate over first time Audi buyers. If you own an Audi currently, you will also qualify for a loyalt bonus of $X.XX which varies each month.
