You can try. What if the depreciation is horrible and you want to keep the car at the end? Would you pay the $20,000 buy out if the AutoTrader has similar year/kms cars selling for $15,000 retail?

Overall leasing is ok, if you can offset the costs (write off on taxes). Otherwise you are renting the car from the leasing company, not the dealer.

Plus i would NEVER buy an Audi straight out. I would LEASE then buy.

Check out the numbers on Audi's own site.

2013 Audi A4
2.0 TFSI quattro Premium Tiptronic
MSRP: $45,200.00

Lease /w 20,000kms/yr 808.88$/36months + Residual Value: $25,013.35 Buy Back.
Total = 58035.11$ TOTAL (This is including Quebec's CRAZY high tax rate)

Finance 972.62$/60months = 58357.2

ITS MORE expensive to finance directly. If you lease and it has crazy problems and you get into an accident(s) you don't keep the car and give it back to them. If it runs like a charm, keep it and get the CPO extended warranty at the end of the lease.
Yes you'll have to put 30,000$ at the end of the lease or finance it. If you are going to buy an Audi I'm sure you have the money to put away 200$/month during that 36months your leasing it.
The CPO warranty is not available to you if you buy out the lease. I was going to buy out my lease as my '08 only had 53,000kms on the clock after 45 months and I had no issues with the car. Then I took a 2012 for a test drive I was smitten, with 0.9% financing and Audi making the first months payment I opted for the '12. It was during this time when I asked the question about availability of the CPO if I bought out the lease, they said no unless I turned in the car and then bought it. the car sold for $29,500 a couple of weeks later, my buy out was $21,000.

I have 2013 A4 and at around 3100KM, my oil level consumption light warning light came on.
I called Audi dealership and they recommended I make an appointment for a oil consumption test. I took my car in and the service rep told me that its not unusual for the car to burn oil during break in period, because the manufacturer's break in oil is thinner. They topped it off for free and now my car is at 4800KM with oil on max levels. No need for consumption test and no issues so far *crossing fingers.

I bought my 2013 audi a4 2 months ago, only has around 1700 + miles on it and the OIL CONSUMPTION LEVEL IS HALF WAY , i did call audi and they just told me to stop by the dealership and they will just refill it .. did advise me that once the vechile breaks its 5k mile mark normally the depreciation of the oil will go back to its normal cunsumption level.. Audi does have good service any issues or questions that i have they do try to have a solution for me.. I will be taking my 2013 Audi a4 within 2 weeks to get it refilled, and i will let ya know if i get any feedback from the service department.
