2010 audi a4 display in dash question
Hello
What determines if the 2010 audi a4 rectangular display in the dashboard behind the steering wheel shows red lights or a more whiteish colored display which looks a lot nicer? I hope im explaining myself properly, ive seen pictures/videos of cars with both.

Re: 2010 audi a4 display in dash question
I have a 2011 B8 with the red monochrome Driver Information System display which is really low tech and difficult to read due to the poor contrast. I wonder why they would not provide the same technology as the colour MMI display in the same vehicle? I use the digital speedometer in the DIS all the time as I find the 20km/hr increments on the analog speedometer useless above 100km/hr especially the red mark at 130km/hr is all but is invisible at a glance. But hey, good thing it maxes out at 280km/hr!

If you want the Colour Info Screen, you need to but Navi.

You don't need the Nav option for the multi color display but you need to step up to the Premium Plus option package for the nicer display and the mmi controler on the center console instead of on the dash/radio.
