If you're in Gatineau, consider ordering off TireRack.com and getting them shipped to Latham Auto in Ogdensburg, NY (nearest TireRack affiliate). It's only 1 hour 10 mins drive and you'll likely save a bundle, plus they probably have stock. I drove down from Ottawa and saved $440 all in (after exchange, cost of gas, etc.) on a set of winter tires + Sport Edition rims compared to buying locally.

As you were told, steelies don't exist...you need to get alloys.
