Replaced coils with new OEM. Still getting misfire code...
On cylinders 4, 5 and 6 and occasionally all of them on my 07' A4 3.2. I went to a reputable shop I've been going to for years to get the coils replaced yesterday as prior to the replacement I was getting a misfire on all cylinders. The car is running a bit better but it's still getting that slight rumbling as if the cylinders are misfiring (got the code checked again today at Independent Tuning and that's when I was told about 4, 5 and 6). What's up with this? Anyone ever experience this, I'm going to take it to a euro import specialty shop on the weekend and should have more answers then but anyone have an idea?

Check the harness that connects the coilpacks, you might have exposed wires.
Btw, no such thing as carbon in the injectors but on the valves its possible.
