I hate DI engines, period.
I've been doing a lot of research this weekend about carbon buildup on the intake valves of DI engines - aka FSI, TFSI, etc - stupid DI engines - what happened to cars that lasted forever?
Anyways, apparently the only way to help stop/fix the carbon buildup is Seafoam - I've searched high but landed dry on any DIY for Seafoaming the 2.0T engine.
I haven't had my car long, but which tube do I pull to administer the Seafoam?
Can someone post a pic and point to the hose?
Thank you!!

Gosh those old Mercedes Turbodiesels used to lsat....figuratively...forever.
There was a cab driver with 1 million miles - Mercedes bought it from him and gave him a new C class....if it were me, I'd keep my turbodiesel

Man with 2.6 million-mile Volvo P1800 aims for 3 million
I much prefer this to a turbo-diesel Mercedes.
