Is this possible that some of A4 2.0T Quattro doesn't have option to show fuel consumption/average as the button MODE on the steering wheel shows no function and there isn't one on the wiper control?

I could't figure it out how to check that.

Any advice?

 

Yes - trip computer was an option for Canadian cars; If your wiper stalk has a button on the end and another one on the bottom surface, then you have the trip computer function. Retrofit can be done by replacing the stalk and recoding the instrument cluster with the trip computer function. There might be another part (steering wheel slip ring) required but not 100% sure on that.

This is about a car a tested and seem to be very clean just missing that trip computer.

 

Also check to see that it has xenon headlamps. They are significantly brighter than the halogens.
