Default Cam Follower

Guys, my car has almost 130k km, and I don’t recall I replaced the cam follower, unless the dealer replaced it during the regular services offered under warranty and I didn’t notice.

What are the symptoms for a bad cam follower?
Do I have to check and replace it in a regular basis?
Is it covered by the CPO?

Thanks

If there is an issue, it should be replaced under CPO. What I plan to do with mine is pay for an inspection right before the end of warranty. If there's any excessive wear, then I expect them to replace under warranty otherwise I will now have far more accruate indicator of when it should be replaced. If it's one of those things where the inspection takes you pretty close to the point where everything is already opened up, then I'd likely just replace the follower at that point anyway.
