I got the two front OEM wippers for 38$ at Audi... No point in paying much more IMHO.

Is this the entire arm assembly for $38? Did it come with the clip?

Only the two blades. No, the "clip" was on my A4's wiper arms.

Agree, not able to find blades for my 2010 A4...finally bought a set at the dealer for around 29 dollars each.

The good thing, easy to install yourself, took about 2 mins.

How much did it cost you for the entire arm assembly from the dealership? My current blades look like this http://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-B6_A4-...Wiper/ES10996/ but I'm missing one of those clips. Does the dealership sell these with the clips?

I did not buy the wiper arms from the dealership, i replaced the entire arm with the ones from ECS and i doubt the dealership would sell these clips, doesnt hurt to ask thou. Best bet would be to go to parts store, perhaps partsource? or check sites for the clips.

PS. my clip almost came off today on the 401.. i saw it wiggling and started to panic lol.

Just did mine with the Reflex wiper from Princess Auto. They are the Aero blades and fit exactly the same as originals. I used a needle nose plier to remove the plastic clip from the new blade and the same with the ones on the car. Just squeezed the blade a bit to get them over the clips that hold them...didn't take much. Tried them out and they work fantastic! I got 22 inch for both sides, but a 21 would be fine on the passengers side. The ones that I replaced were both 22's, but don't know if that is what it came with from the factory. The best part is that the blades are on sale.......7.99 each and only 9.99 regular!

Thumbs up Re: Windshield Wipers

Way to go Gerry!
I have been doing this ever since I discovered that the Princess Auto Reflex wiper blades are exactly the same as the Audi blades 5 years ago!
Why pay the dealer $38 when you can get them for $16 at Princess Auto!

I bought Bosch from my VW/Audi guy. Refuse to deal with the dealership. Bosch work just fine, but beware anything from Canadian Tire or Parts Source (same place).

$35.

I don't know if this will work for the B6 but I upgraded to the Aero wiper arms and blades from the dealership. With my contact there I was able to get the two sets of arms and two wiper blades for around $95. These replaced my OEM arms and cage style blades so I was ready to upgrade. The blades are OEM Audi and they were $13.63 each at the dealership through my mechanic friend. The thing that I love about these is their low profile. The connector to the arms does not stick up like all the aftermarket universal fit units including the Bosch Icons. It is flush with the windshield. I was considering the Icons but at $40 for a set, why not upgrade to a better looking and functioning system. After 6 months of a rainy wet season, they are still streakless and noiseless. Here are some pictures.
