Surface Rust on A4 Calipers

Surface Rust on A4 Calipers
Hey,
I recently purchased an '03 A4 1.8T and have some surface rust on my calipers. It also looks like mold has grown on them, as I can see white-ish dots on all the calipers in addition to the rust. Since I have the sport package with stock 17"'s, you can really see through the rims.
Any suggestions for finding a GTA garage that cleans rust, or the cost to replace all 4 calipers with something decent?
Any suggestions would be great!

Re: Surface Rust on A4 Calipers
Well you could get them sandblasted and powdercoated. Most people just take a wire wheel on a drill to them to get rid of the rust, then they paint them with a Duplicolour Caliper painting kit.

Re: Surface Rust on A4 Calipers
Just wanted to give an update:
I took it to Eurospeed in Toronto on Dupont. They sandblasted and painted my Calipers with aluminum/silver heat resistant paint. They also changed the rotors. IT LOOKS UNBELIEVABLE. Better than almost any other painted calipers I have seen... ppl keep commenting all of a sudden that my car looks "brand new". Its almost as if they simply replaced all the calipers. A truly professional job and I highly recommend them!
