Unhappy Strange sound from the front right wheel

Hi,

Last year I've bought an Audi A4 2005 (Quattro, Automatic), last week I've got the tires change. The day after when I was driving on the highway a hear sound that came from the front right, the sound was like something broke or something hit the bottom of the car (a big "PUCK" sound). But there was no vibration on the steering wheel and no light came on. The next morning I was driving at 80-110km/h and I start hearing a sound that can from the front right wheel. It's hard to describe the sounds but it's like if one of the bolt of the wheel is not in place (like a "cloc cloc") or like something that can move while the wheel is moving.

I have check the bolts of the wheel and they were all there and no one was moving.

Does someone know what the problem can be?

(I tried to describe as cleary as possible the problem)
(Sorry for my bad english)
