I haven't changed my signal bulb but I have replaced both headlight bulbs. Fairly easy to remove the headligh housing and change out the bulb. There are two bolts that need to be removed and two that need to be loose. If you look straight down when standing over the headlight the two that need to be removed are obvious, and the two that need to be loosened are behind and at the base of the left and right side of the assembly. You'll need a torx ratchet with a long extension to get through the other stuff. Drive's side has the steering pump and lines and passenger has the Intake etc. and is a little easier to get at. Once you remove the bolts, the light assembly slides out and you can change the bulb out through the rear. I know I've seen a pretty good explanation online with pics somewhere...of course I found it after I did mine. I'll have a look for it and post the link if I can find it.

Found it, and you'll need a torx bit for your ratchet to remove the light housing. This explanation is for removing the stock signal lenses but it shows how to remove the headlight assembly first:
