rear end noise

rear end noise
oh well
I had post this...
it's been 2 weeks I couldn't drive my car.
I had timing belt and water pump changed and wheel alignment and camber adjustment to avoid rubbing issue at Independent.
I started to hear some rattling noise coming from engine (when I put the gear in reverse or start with 2nd gear, I start to hear some metal to plastic or metal to metal vibrating noise) and rear end suspension noise when I make really slow turns at less than 10km/h.
Everytime I go somewhere, I wait for rpm to drop and I listen to the noise or sound that car makes and these doesn't sound good. (I always wait and feel the car ^^)
So i drove my second car everyday and waiting for IT guys to come up with answer and I can't wait much longer.
But is it going to be safe to drive? drive to IT? or should I leave it at my garage and ask them to come and take the test drive?, because I got really scared by these sounds when I make the turn. and its not really funny.
let me know where should I look for first?
tie bars? sway link? I don't have a lift, so I can't inspect them with detail...
if anyone experienced this let me know if its safe to drive.
Thank you
