Nope - I have an 05 A4 3.0 as well and as far as I am aware the folding mirrors is a manual operation - you have to turn the mirror button. Mirror position can be automatically associated with a specific key; my wife and I have different positions set for our keys.

did you actually get the assigned keys to work with the seat and mirror posistion
never got it to work on mine even got audi to put a new memory seat module in (free of charge suprisingly). still no luck with it.

Yup - have everything working for both my 2005 A4 3.0 and 2008 A4 2.0T.

I had to recode module 36 Driver's Seat Memory to support this feature. Factory coding was 2 for whatever reason, I changed it to 1. We have 2 remote keys for each vehicle. Keys I use are associated with memory position 1; keys my wife uses are associated with memory position 2 - works a treat for both of us. Only thing we have to adjust manually is the rear view mirror. The mirrors adjust when you press the remote, and the driver's seat adjusts when you open the driver's door. The adjustment covers driver forward/backward movement, backrest tilt & seat height/tilt.
